- 2 pounds flank steak
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- In a bowl, whisk together lime juice, chili powder, olive oil, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Place the flank steak in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over it.
- Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- Remove from grill, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice against the grain.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
