7 Layer Bars

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1 can (15 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; mix well.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Layer the coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and nuts over the crust.
  5. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top of the layers.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
