1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Mix until well combined and then form into small balls or patties.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place the poppers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
