  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and oil until well combined.
  3. Add the buttermilk, eggs, and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the baking soda, baking powder, salt, and flour.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. In another small bowl, mix together the cinnamon and a bit of sugar for the topping.
