Baked Eggs Napoleon

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 strips turkey bacon
  • 2 slices chicken ham
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and sauté for a few minutes.
  4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  5. Crack the eggs into the baking dish, then scatter the chopped turkey bacon and sautéed chicken ham on top.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheese, salt, and pepper over the top.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the eggs are set but yolks are still slightly runny.
