  • 1 orange, juiced and zested
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine orange juice and zest, cranberry sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them.
  4. Drizzle olive oil on top and cover with foil.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
