- 1 cup pistachios, finely chopped
- 1 cup phyllo dough, thawed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tbsp honey
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine melted butter and honey; mix well.
- Layer phyllo dough in a greased baking dish, brushing each layer with the butter mixture.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios between the layers of phyllo.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
