  • 1 cup Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 ears of corn, grilled
  • 4 cups mixed greens

Instructions

  1. Grill the steaks to your desired doneness and let them rest.
  2. Grill the corn until charred, then cut the kernels off.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, corn, and Gorgonzola.
  4. Slice the steaks and place them on top of the salad.
