Banana Pudding Cheesecake

A rich and creamy banana pudding cheesecake that will satisfy your sweet tooth.

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup mashed bananas
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon banana extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 box instant banana pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  4. Stir in mashed bananas, vanilla extract, and banana extract.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 60 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Top with whipped topping and prepare the banana pudding according to package instructions. Spread on top of cheesecake before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, add a layer of caramel sauce on top.
  • Can substitute with gluten-free graham cracker crumbs.
