  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup banana pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup crushed Nilla wafers for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with the melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the heavy cream and vanilla, then stir in the banana pudding mix until well combined.
  5. Layer the sliced bananas on top of the crust, then pour the cheesecake mixture over the bananas.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until set, then allow to cool completely.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle with crushed Nilla wafers for added crunch.
