1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 cups bananas, sliced
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 25-30 minutes.
Once baked, let it cool completely before adding the bananas and whipped cream.
Top with crushed vanilla wafers before serving.
