  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. Once baked, let it cool completely before adding the bananas and whipped cream.
  6. Top with crushed vanilla wafers before serving.
