A delicious and easy recipe for Bang Bang Fried Rice featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a pan until crispy, then remove and chop.
  2. In the same pan, add chicken ham and mixed vegetables, cooking until heated through.
  3. Add cooked rice, soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion, and ginger.
  4. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
