- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and coat each piece in the sauce.
- Dredge the salmon pieces in panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the salmon bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
