  • 1 pound beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the marinated beef and stir-fry until browned.
  4. Remove the beef and add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic to the pan.

  6. Return the beef to the pan and add hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
