  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sliced beef in soy sauce for 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch with water, vinegar, and brown sugar.
  3. Heat sesame oil in a pan, then stir-fry garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Add marinated beef and cook until browned.
  5. Add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-frying until tender.
  6. Pour the cornstarch mixture over the beef, stirring until thickened.
  7. Serve hot over rice.
