- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
