  • 1 pound beef, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic, broccoli, and bell pepper; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Mix in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and hoisin sauce; cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
