  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced beef sirloin and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the bell peppers and broccoli florets, cooking until tender.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and hoisin sauce, and stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
