  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine beef strips with soy sauce and cornstarch. Marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until browned.
  3. Add bell pepper, onion, and broccoli to the pan. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in hoisin sauce, sugar, and garlic. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
