- 1 pound beef strips
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- In a bowl, combine beef strips with soy sauce and cornstarch. Marinate for 15 minutes.
