Benihana Fried Rice

Delicious and easy to make Benihana-style fried rice featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup peas and carrots
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add chicken ham and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add peas and carrots, stirring for another 2 minutes.
  5. Push the ingredients to one side of the skillet and pour in the beaten eggs. Scramble until fully cooked.
  6. Add the cooked rice, soy sauce, chopped turkey bacon, and green onions. Stir well to combine.
  7. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, letting the rice crisp slightly.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your Benihana fried rice!

  • For a vegetarian option, replace turkey bacon with tempeh or mushrooms.
  • Feel free to add additional vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli.
