- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
- Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for 3-4 minutes.
