  • 1 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 3 large eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked bacon and shredded cheese to the biscuit dough.
  5. Pour the milk mixture over the biscuit and bacon mix. Stir gently.
  6. Pour the entire mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  7. In a small bowl, beat the eggs and pour over the casserole.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
