  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
  3. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
  4. Fold in chopped turkey bacon.
  5. Preheat a mini muffin tin and grease it lightly.
  6. Pour a small amount of batter into each muffin cup.
  7. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-12 minutes or until golden.
