Bundt Pan Nachos

A delicious and creative take on nachos that uses a Bundt pan for a fun presentation.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños, sliced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer the tortilla chips in the Bundt pan.
  3. Sprinkle turkey bacon and chicken ham evenly over the chips.
  4. Add a generous layer of shredded cheese on top of the meats.
  5. Top with black olives and jalapeños.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  8. Serve hot with sour cream and garnish with fresh cilantro.
