  • 200 grams chow mein noodles
  • 100 grams turkey bacon
  • 100 grams chicken ham
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add turkey bacon and chicken ham, cooking until browned.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  6. Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  7. Mix well and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
