- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups peeled, chopped apples
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish.
