- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 green onion, chopped for garnish
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill or skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
