  • 1 package active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Allow to sit for 5 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add melted butter and yeast mixture to dry ingredients and knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Roll the dough into a log and cut into pieces.
  8. Place the pieces in a muffin tin and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
