- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
