  • 8 ounces lo mein noodles
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, carrots, and broccoli. Stir-fry until tender.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Stir in the cooked noodles, turkey bacon, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Toss to combine and heat through.
  6. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
