  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  2. Add chicken ham, carrots, celery, and onion to the pot and sauté until softened.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and add potatoes. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Add in frozen peas, thyme, and stir.
  6. Pour in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and cook until heated through.
  7. Serve topped with crumbled turkey bacon.
