  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 cup tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup tahini sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken and mix well.
  2. Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  5. Warm the pita bread on the grill for about 1 minute.
  6. Assemble the wraps: place sliced chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and drizzle with tahini sauce.
  7. Wrap tightly and serve.

Notes

  • For more spice, increase the cayenne pepper.
  • Serve with extra tahini sauce on the side.
