- 1 pound chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 pita breads
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup tahini sauce
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, cumin, paprika, turmeric, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken and mix well.
- Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Warm the pita bread on the grill for about 1 minute.

- Wrap tightly and serve.
