  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the honey, chipotle peppers, garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over the top.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
