  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup corn

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak in a mixture of olive oil, lime juice, cilantro, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Grill the steak on medium-high heat for 6-7 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
