- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup tomatoes (diced)
