- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika

- Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add diced chicken ham, onion, and garlic; sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook until cheese is melted and soup is heated through.
