Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the potatoes thinly and layer them in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a saucepan, combine the heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the layered potatoes.
  5. Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese on top, followed by the crumbled turkey bacon.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
