- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
- Drain the pickle slices and pat them dry with paper towels.
