  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté the chicken ham for a few minutes.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  5. Layer the crumbled turkey bacon and sautéed chicken ham in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the meat and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden.

Notes

  • Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach for extra nutrition.
