- 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
