  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Add diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add onion and garlic, sautéing until the onion is translucent.
  5. Stir in Cajun seasoning, followed by heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
  6. Mix in Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
  7. Add the cooked fettuccine, tossing to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
