  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  3. Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Cajun seasoning; cook until heated through.
  6. Blend the soup until smooth, then season with salt and pepper.
  7. Top with crispy turkey bacon before serving.

  • This soup can be made in advance and freezes well.
