Creamy Garlic Parmesan Tortellini

A delicious and creamy pasta dish featuring tortellini, garlic, parmesan, and turkey bacon.

  • 12 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Add the cooked tortellini and turkey bacon to the sauce and mix well.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with additional parmesan, if desired.
