  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring, then add parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine the tortellini and crumbled bacon into the sauce, mixing well.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
