Creamy Southern Spaghetti Bake

A delicious and creamy spaghetti bake that combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a comforting Southern twist.

  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 6 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 6 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook chopped turkey bacon until crispy.
  4. Add diced chicken ham and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper; mix well.
  6. Add the cooked spaghetti and the turkey bacon mixture; stir until combined.
  7. Spread half of the marinara sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
  8. Transfer the spaghetti mixture into the dish and top with remaining marinara sauce.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add herbs like basil or oregano to the cheese mixture.
  • This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
