  • 1 pound sirloin steak, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sliced sirloin steak and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  5. Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  9. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes
