  • 4 strips turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  3. Add the cooked white beans, thyme, paprika, and vegetable broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
