  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and chop.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and heat over medium-high.
  3. Add gnocchi and cook until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, and black pepper.
