Crispy Gnocchi

A delicious recipe for crispy gnocchi paired with turkey bacon and a rich garlic sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 package potato gnocchi
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  4. Add the heavy cream and parmesan, stirring until combined.
  5. Add cooked gnocchi and turkey bacon to the sauce, mixing until well coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, then serve garnished with parsley.

Notes

  • For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
  • Feel free to substitute chicken bacon for turkey bacon.
