8 ounces mozzarella cheese sticks
8 slices turkey bacon
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wrap each mozzarella stick with a slice of turkey bacon tightly.
In a shallow bowl, place the flour. In another bowl, beat the eggs. In a third bowl, mix breadcrumbs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt.
Dredge each bacon-wrapped mozzarella stick first in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
