  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a crock pot, add the diced potatoes, turkey bacon, chicken ham, and onion.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and stir to combine.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for an additional 30 minutes until the cheese is melted.
